What’s included with your Amaris event rental?

  • Capacity

    The space can host up to 60 guests, based on the following:

    • Round Tables & Chairs - 48 guests

    • Rectangular Tables & Chairs - 60 guests

    • Classroom Style Set Up (Single Side) - 48

    • Chairs only (Theater Style) - 60 guests

  • Prep Space

    Your rental includes use of our preparation and kitchen space. This space includes a 54” glass door refrigerator, spacious under the counter freezer stocked with two bags of ice, and a triple/dish washing sink.

  • Tables and Chairs

    Amaris rentals include access to our stock of tables and chairs. Up to 60 chairs are included. Available table sizes include 48” & 60” round tables and 8’ rectangle tables.

  • Hours of Use

    Daytime rental: 9am-4pm

    Evening rental: 4pm-11pm

    Full day rental: 9am-11pm

    (Additional hours may be available. Ask for rate details.)

  • Sound Equipment

    House speakers are available for your use, and can be connected to via Bluetooth or auxillary cord. Further sound equipment, including a cordless microphone system, are available to rent for a small fee.

  • Waste Receptacles

    Our space includes four waste bins with liners for your use.
